To ensure a seamless experience, we provide email reminders regarding upcoming payment deadlines. In most cases, the trips we plan require a deposit, with the balance due two months prior to your travel dates. However, please note that certain trips may necessitate interim payments. Rest assured that we will keep you well-informed every step of the way, making sure you have clarity and peace of mind throughout the payment process.

While each trip is unique, we can offer you a general idea of the average investment our clients typically make for various types of vacations.
For tropical cruise planning, the average investment falls within the range of $100 to $150. Resort vacations to popular destinations such as the Caribbean, Mexico, or Hawaii generally range from $200 to $250. If you're interested in a customized European experience, our pricing starts at $295 per household.
We also provide special pricing for group travel, including corporate retreats. These group trips have their own pricing structure, which is tailored to the specific requirements and preferences of the group.
